Group Classes
Our Group Training Classes at the Tapply-Thompson Community Center – Bristol, NH & Meredith Parks and Recreation – Meredith, NH provide a fun, supportive environment where you and your dog can build a strong foundation in obedience while learning to work around the distractions of other dogs and people. With small class sizes and positive reinforcement training, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to continue your training long after class ends.

Safe, positive learning environment designed for dogs that are comfortable working around other dogs and people. For the safety and success of everyone, all participating dogs must be dog friendly.

Join our Level 1 Puppy Class and build a strong foundation in obedience through fun, positive reinforcement training. Learn essential skills like sit, down, stay, name recognition, leash manners, polite greetings, leave it, and more while practicing in a supportive group setting with controlled distractions.

Continue building on the foundation established in Level 1 by increasing the difficulty of previously learned skills while introducing new behaviors to improve focus, confidence, and reliability. You’ll strengthen skills like sit, down, stay, recall, leash manners, and polite greetings while learning new behaviors such as place, touch, and impulse control—all in a supportive group setting with controlled distractions.

Level 3: AKC CGC Prep

Take your training to the next level in our Level 3: AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Prep Class. This advanced class focuses on refining and proofing the skills learned in Levels 1 and 2 while preparing you and your dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test. Practice real-world obedience, reliable manners, and calm behavior around distractions as you build the confidence and consistency needed to earn your CGC title.

Enjoy the flexibility of our Drop-In Training Classes, where you can choose the topics that interest you most without committing to a multi-week course. Each class focuses on a specific skill—such as recall, leash manners, confidence building, impulse control, puppy socialization, tricks, nose work, cooperative care, pack walks, AKC CGC Club, and more—making it easy to continue your training, reinforce learned behaviors, and keep learning fun for both you and your dog.

Sunday, October 18th – Learning Loose Leash: Learn how to enjoy walks with no pulling on the leash!
Sunday, November 1st – Confidence Club: Help your pup grow their confidence in navigating new situations and experiences!
Sunday, November 8th – Open Gym: Need a controlled space to practice your dogs skills? Looking for a little guidance from a trainer? Open gym allows a safe, controlled space for you to work independently with your dog with support and guidance available if you need it!
Sunday, November 15th – CGC Club: For those who has either passed the CGC and want to keep skills fresh, or those with a basic Obedience knowledge that are looking to hone their skills in order to pass the test.
Sunday, November 22nd – Impulse Control: Learn fun and useful impulse control games that you can play with your pup to help create more control in distracting environments!
